Role Description
Join ADV Solutions as a Telecalling Executive and represent our clients on outbound and inbound calls. You will follow campaign briefs, speak with prospects and customers in a clear, friendly manner, record call outcomes accurately and meet daily connect and conversion targets. Structured training is provided before you go live. This is a fully remote role with a six-day week (Sunday off).
Requirements
- Own laptop and a good-quality headset
- Stable broadband connection
- Confident spoken English and Hindi
- Freshers welcome; 6+ months of calling experience is a plus
